We ordered a bouquet that was supposed to be mostly strawberries, pineapple, and a few grapes, with a few melon ball skewers in party size, because we do not like cantaloupe, but we received something else. There were no grapes on it, and most of the bouquet was large cantaloupe chunks, which made the whole thing look off. It would have been nice for the store to contact us if they did not have the supplies we paid for, and we could have come up with another solution, but they did not. We had a deadline, so we weren't able to take it back or ask for a replacement. It was very sad to see everything eaten off the arrangement, except for the large amounts of cantaloupe. It was way too much money to pay to be disappointed. This experience makes me trust this company less. I will not be going back to this location.

I want to share my experience that I had with Aquila (I hope I'm spelling it correctly). I'd place an order with another establishment for Valentine's Day. Today they sent a message saying they wouldn't be able to deliver the gift to my Mom today. I tried to order in your website today and every item I wanted to order couldn't be delivered today. I understand because it's a last minute Valentine's Day order on Valentine's Day. I called the store and she answered the call. She was such a pleasant, patient and caring human. She took my order over the phone and assisted me on choosing a gift for my Mom that was affordable and nice. It made my heart happy to know that she cared enough to ensure that my Mom would receive a gift for Valentine's Day. I live in Florida and can't pick up a gift for my Mom and take it to her in Illinois. Her customer was perfect and amazing. There was nothing more that she could do to make a difference in the service that she provided while taking care of my Mother and I. I'm not sure if she'll be recognized for being an amazing and caring person. But I just wanted to share my experience with Edible Arrangements on this day. Thank you for taking the time to

I called to get information about a delivery for my daughter as it is time sensitive with her being at school. The girl who was there today was SO helpful and let me know she would text the delivery driver. Even if the timing doesn't work out, I appreciate how lovely she was.

I would never go to this shop!!!!!!! They sent moldy and dead flowers to my friend. I took them into the shop and he tried to give me different flowers instead of a refund. I told him I wanted a refund and he wouldn't because my son used door dash. He was very happy when he wouldn't refund my money. He should be so ashamed of himself. People just don't care about other people. I would hate to see what the food is like there! Probably mold on it also.

My daughter wanted an edible arrangement for her birthday last Sunday. I was told if I order Saturday it will be a free delivery charge for Sunday I told the lady I stay in Decatur she said that’s was fine I asked her again to confirm she said yes when I ordered Saturday it was a different story the gentleman told me it would be a 75 dollar charge for delivery I had a hard time trying to find someone to do the edible arrangement because of short notice lucky I found someone dependable and they did a good job
